This Terms of service is applicable to the website and its components of Little Soldiers — www.ikriyo.com — and Kriyo mobile applications for Schools, Parents, Franchise owners and School bus drivers both on App store (for iOS) and Play store (for Android).

By accessing, registering, or using Kriyo’s services, you (“Customer”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific features. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Kriyo. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any updates or modifications made to these terms

Will any changes occur in these Terms & Conditions?

We at Little Soldiers are attempting continually to enhance our Services, so these Terms may need to change alongside the adaption of new Services and hence maintain all authority to change the Terms whenever needed. In such an event, we will do our best to communicate to you by drawing a notice on our site, by sending you an email, or by any other possible means. However, you are in charge of comprehending what the present Terms are and self-responsible to stay acknowledged about the Terms of Services.

What are the prerequisites of using Little Soldiers Services?

By using the Website or the App, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older and that your use of the Website/App and / or Services shall not violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate and that you agree to maintain the accuracy of such information.
  • Your utilization of this Website/App should be subjected to the accompanying confinements: you may not alter any substance of the Website or App, including however not constrained to, any open show, portrayal, execution, deal, rental and evaluating of the services; you may not decompile, figure out, or dismantle the substance; you may not expel any copyright, trademark enrollment, or other restrictive notification from the Website or the App.

  • You will not engage in any form of antisocial, disrupting, or destructive acts, including "flaming", "spamming", "flooding", "trolling" and "phishing" as those terms are commonly understood and used on the Internet.
  • You will not delete or modify any content of the Website or App and / or Services, including but not limited to, legal notices, disclaimers or proprietary notices such as copyright or trademark symbols, logos, that you do not own or do not have express permission to modify.
  • All information, content and material contained in the Website or App and / or Services are Little Soldiers intellectual property. All trademarks, services marks, trade names, and trade dress are proprietary to Little Soldiers. No information, content or material from the Website or the App and / or Services may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without Little Soldiers express written permission.

Your use of the Services is subject to the following additional restrictions:

You represent, warrant, and agree that you will not contribute any Content or User Submission (each of those terms is defined below) or otherwise use the Services or interact with the Services in a manner that:

  1. (a)Infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or any other rights of anyone else (including Little Soldiers);
  2. (b)Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
  3. (c)Jeopardizes the security of your Little Soldiers account or anyone else's;
  4. (d)Attempts, in any manner, to obtain the password, account, or other security information from any other user or copy & store any significant portion of the content;
  5. (e)Violates the security of any computer network, or cracks any passwords or security encryption codes. Or run any processes that run or are activated while you are not logged into the Services, or that otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Services;
  6. (f)"Crawls," "scrapes," or "spiders" any page, data, or portion of or relating to the Services or Content (through use of manual or automated means);
  7. (g)Decompiles, reverse engineers, or otherwise attempts to obtain the source code or underlying ideas or information of or relating to the Services.
  8. (h)To ensure optimal product performance and a seamless experience for schools and parents, we display data from the current and previous years only. For data retention beyond this period, please get in touch with Kriyo team at hello@ikriyo.com

A violation of any of the foregoing is grounds for termination of your right to use or access the Services.

What are my rights in Little Soldiers?

The information displayed in any form or available on or through the Services, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, data, articles, photos, images, illustrations, User Submissions and so forth (all of the foregoing, the "Content") are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property laws. You promise to abide by all copyright notices, trademark rules, information, and restrictions contained in any content you access through the Services, and you won't use, copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, upload, display, license, sell or otherwise exploit for any purpose any Content not owned by you, (i) without the prior consent of the owner of that Content or (ii) in a way that violates someone else's (including Little Soldiers') rights. You understand that Little Soldiers owns the Services. You won't modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce (except as expressly provided in this Section), create derivative works based on, or otherwise exploit any of the Services. The Services may allow you to copy or download certain Content; please remember that just because this functionality exists, doesn't mean that all the restrictions above don't apply — they do!

Do I have to grant any licenses to Little Soldiers or to other users?

  • Anything you post, upload, share, store, or otherwise provide through the Services is your "User Submission." Some User Submissions are viewable by other users. In order to display your User Submissions on the Services, and to allow other users to view them (where applicable), you grant us certain rights in those User Submissions. Please note that all of the following licenses are subject to our Privacy Policy to the extent they relate to User Submissions that are also your personally-identifiable information.
  • You retain all ownership rights in your User Submissions. For all User Submissions, you hereby grant Little Soldiers a license to translate, modify (for technical purposes, for example making sure your content is viewable on an iPhone as well as a computer) and reproduce and otherwise act with respect to such User Submissions, in each case to enable us to operate the Services, as described in more detail below.
  • If you share a User Submission only in a manner that only certain specified users can view (for example, a private message to one or more other users) (a "Limited Audience User Submission"), then you grant Little Soldiers the licenses above, as well as a license to display, perform, and distribute your Limited Audience User Submission for the sole purpose of making that Limited Audience User Submission accessible to such other specified users, and providing the Services necessary to do so. Also, you grant such other specified users a license to access that Limited Audience User Submission, and to use and exercise all rights in it, as permitted by the functionality of the Services.
  • If you share a User Submission publicly on the Services and/or in a manner that more than just you or certain specified users can view, or if you provide us (in a direct email or otherwise) with any feedback, suggestions, improvements, enhancements, and/or feature requests relating to the Services (each of the foregoing, a "Public User Submission"), then you grant Little Soldiers the licenses above, as well as a license to display, perform, and distribute your Public User Submission for the purpose of making that Public User Submission accessible to all Little Soldiers users and providing the Services necessary to do so, as well as all other rights necessary to use and exercise all rights in that Public User Submission in connection with the Services and/or otherwise in connection with Little Soldiers business, provided that Little Soldiers will try to notify you if it uses your Public User Submission for any reason other than displaying it on the Services. Also, you grant all other users of the Services a license to access that Public User Submission, and to use and exercise all rights in it, as permitted by the functionality of the Services.
  • You agree that the licenses you grant are royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, irrevocable, and worldwide. When you delete your Little Soldiers account, we will stop displaying your User Submissions (other than Public User Submissions, which may remain fully available) to other users (if applicable), but you understand and agree that it may not be possible to completely delete that content from Little Soldiers records, and that your User Submissions may remain viewable elsewhere to the extent that they were copied or stored by other users.
  • Finally, you understand and agree that Little Soldiers, in performing the required technical steps to provide the Services to our users (including you), may need to make changes to your User Submissions to conform and adapt those User submissions to the technical requirements of connection networks, devices, services, or media, and the foregoing licenses include the rights to do so.

Who is responsible for what I see and do on the Services?

Any information or content publicly posted or privately transmitted through the Services is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated, and you access all such information and content at your own risk, and we aren't liable for any errors or omissions in that information or content or for any damages or loss you might suffer in connection with it. We cannot control and have no duty to take any action regarding how you may interpret and use the Content or what actions you may take as a result of having been exposed to the Content, and you hereby release us from all liability for you having acquired or not acquired Content through the Services. We can't guarantee the identity of any users with whom you interact in using the Services and are not responsible for which users gain access to the Services.

You are responsible for all Content you contribute, in any manner, to the Services, and you represent and warrant you have all rights necessary to do so, in the manner in which you contribute it. You will keep all your registration information accurate and current. You are responsible for all your activity in connection with the Services.

Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Services, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any of these third parties. You agree that Little Soldiers shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings.

Will Little Soldiers ever change the Services?

We're continually endeavoring to enhance our Services, so they may change after some time. We may suspend or seize any piece of the Services, or we may present new highlights or force confines on specific highlights or limit access to parts or the greater part of the Services. We'll attempt to give you see when we roll out a material improvement to the Services that would antagonistically influence you, yet this isn't generally down to earth. Does Little Soldiers cost anything?

Little Soldiers offers a packages of features suiting to varying needs of the customers. And if you choose to subscribe to any of these packages you will be charged a subscription fee (the "Subscription Fee") in advance for that academic year. Subscription Fee is non-refundable.

Payment Terms

Subscription Fees:

All fees for Kriyo services are payable in advance, as per the pricing plan chosen by you.

Billing:

Fees will be billed at the beginning of the subscription period (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as applicable).

Renewals:

Subscriptions do not automatically renew and needs to be manually renewed before the due date for uninterrupted access.

Taxes:

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or levies, which will be added as per local regulations.

Non-Payment:

Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of your access to Kriyo's services until outstanding amounts are cleared.

Refund Policy

1. General Policy

  • All payments made for Kriyo subscriptions are non-refundable once processed.
  • We do not provide refunds for partial use of services, unused features, or account cancellations initiated by the customer.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments made in error.
  • Regulatory or legal requirements that mandate a refund.

3. Refunds Timeline

If a refund is approved under the above exceptions:

  1. Eligibility Conditions – Refunds will only be processed if the request meets the qualifying conditions mentioned in Section 2.
  2. Processing Time – Once a valid request is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  3. Funds Return to Original Payment Method – After we process a refund, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect back in the customer's original payment method (as per Stripe timelines).

4. How to Request a Refund

Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to help@ikriyo.com, along with proof of payment and details of the issue.

What if I want to stop using Little Soldiers?

You're free to do that at any time, by contacting us at hello@thelittlesoldiers.com; please refer to our privacy policy, as well as the licenses above, to understand how we treat information you provide to us after you have stopped using our Services.

If you have signed up for an annual contract with us, any fees already paid are non-refundable.

Little Soldiers is also free to terminate (or suspend access to) your use of the Services or your account, for any reason in our discretion, including your breach of these Terms. Little Soldiers has the sole right to decide whether you are in violation of any of the restrictions set forth in these Terms.

Account termination may result in destruction of any Content associated with your account, so keep that in mind before you decide to terminate your account. We will try to provide advance notice to you prior to our terminating your account so that you are able to retrieve any important User Submissions you may have stored in your account (to the extent allowed by law and these Terms), but we may not do so if we determine it would be impractical, illegal, not in the interest of someone's safety or security, or otherwise harmful to the rights or property of Little Soldiers.

If you have deleted your account by mistake, contact us immediately at hello@thelittlesoldiers.com - we will try to help, but unfortunately, we can't promise that we can recover or restore anything.

Provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination of these Terms shall survive termination. By way of example, all of the following will survive termination: any obligation you have to pay us or indemnify us, any limitations on our liability, any terms regarding ownership of intellectual property rights, and terms regarding disputes between us.

What else as a user do I need to know?

  1. INDEMNIFICATION
    • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Soldiers, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from any and all third party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable lawyer fees and costs) arising from your access to or use of Services, violation of these Terms of Use, or infringement, or infringement by any other user of his/her/its account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
  2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    • In no event, shall Little Soldiers, or any of its directors, officers, employees, agents or content or service providers (collectively, the "Protected Entities") be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from, or directly or indirectly related to, the use of, or the inability to use the Website or the App or the content, materials and functions related thereto, the Services, user's provision of information via the Website, lost business, even if such Protected Entity has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
    • In no event shall the total aggregate liability of the Protected Entities to a user for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract or tort, including, but not limited to, negligence or otherwise) arising from these Terms of Use or a user's use of the Website/App or the Services exceed the total price actually paid by such user for booking/reserving an Accommodation through the Website/App.
  3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    • All information, content and material contained in the Website, the App and / or Services including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents and designs and all other forms of proprietary and non-proprietary information provided by you or Little Soldiers in facilitating the services is the sole intellectual property of Little Soldiers. All trademarks, services marks, trade names, and trade dress are proprietary to Little Soldiers. No information, content or material from the Website/App and / or Services may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without Little Soldiers' express written permission.
  4. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    • These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any action, suit, or other legal proceeding, which is commenced to resolve any matter arising under or relating to these Terms of Use, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad.
  5. THIRD PARTY LINKS
    • The Website or the App may contain links belonging to third parties and the user acknowledges that Little Soldiers does not endorse any of these third party links or the services or goods provided by way of these links. Little Soldiers will not be liable for the nature of the content provided on any of these third party links or the privacy practices followed by these third parties. Little Soldiers does not provide any warranty with regard to the materials posted on such third party websites or the services offered by them and disclaims all responsibility for the quality of the services offered by any of these linked sites.
  6. THIRD PARTY CONTROL
    • The flow of data over the internet depends in large part on the performance of connections and services provided by third parties. Failure of such third parties to perform their services correctly can disrupt internet sessions, thereby interrupting the Services. Little Soldiers cannot guarantee such events will not occur, and disclaims any and all liability, claims or losses resulting from or relating to such events.
  7. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
    • If you believe that your rights have been violated by any Services or have any other grievance due to use of the Website and/or App, contact us at hello@thelittlesoldiers.com to redress the same.

Kriyo AI Terms of Service

Effective Date: 1st July, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Kriyo AI Services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all artificial intelligence ("AI") powered features, products, and services provided by Kriyo (collectively referred to as "AI Services"). By accessing or using any Kriyo AI Service, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply comprehensively to all existing AI capabilities as well as any future AI features, models, or workflows offered by Kriyo.

2. Scope of AI Services

Kriyo AI Services encompass a broad range of intelligent capabilities designed to enhance educational and administrative operations. These services may include, but are not limited to: AI-powered writing assistance, content generation, grammar and spelling improvement, language translation, text summarization, voice/chat assistant, AI-powered search, AI Admin agent, AI customer support agent, educational insights, data analytics and automated recommendations.

As AI technology rapidly evolves, Kriyo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to introduce new AI capabilities, modify existing features, replace underlying models, or discontinue specific AI tools at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

Kriyo AI Services are specialized tools intended exclusively for professional educational environments. Access to and use of these services are strictly limited to authorized school staff, teachers, administrators, school owners, and other authorized institutional users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. The AI Services are not intended for direct use by children, minors, or students. By using these tools, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria and possess the legal authority to bind your institution if applicable.

4. User Responsibilities

AI-generated content is generated algorithmically, users assume full and sole responsibility for its deployment. You are required to review all AI-generated outputs, verify their factual accuracy, and ensure their contextual appropriateness before publishing or acting upon them.

Users must exercise professional judgment and carefully review AI-generated content before sharing it with parents, students, staff, external stakeholders, or any other third parties. Kriyo does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose, and the final responsibility for any communication rests entirely with the user.

5. AI Limitations

Artificial Intelligence operates on probabilistic machine learning models. As a result, users must acknowledge the inherent limitations of this technology. Kriyo AI Services may occasionally produce inaccurate information, generate incomplete or fragmented responses, misinterpret user prompts, output biased or outdated information, refuse to process certain requests, or produce unexpected and unintended outputs. Accordingly, AI-generated content must always be treated as an operational aid or drafting assistance rather than professional or authoritative advice.

6. Acceptable Use

To maintain the integrity and security of the platform, users agree not to misuse Kriyo AI Services. Specifically, you agree not to use the services to:

  • Generate unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful material.
  • Attempt to engineer, generate, or distribute malicious software, viruses, or exploits.
  • Circumvent, bypass, or test the vulnerabilities of any security controls or content filters.
  • Violate the intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights of any third party.
  • Input or process highly confidential, sensitive, or personally identifiable information that is unnecessary for standard educational operations.
  • Use the AI Services in any manner prohibited by applicable local, national, or international laws.

Kriyo reserves the right to monitor usage logs and strictly restrict, terminate, or suspend your access to the AI Services immediately if any misuse or violation of this section is detected.

7. Third-Party AI Providers

Kriyo AI Services rely on sophisticated, industry-leading third-party artificial intelligence technologies and foundational models. These external providers may include, but are not limited to, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Mistral, and other specialized AI infrastructure vendors selected by Kriyo. To optimize the user experience, Kriyo reserves the right to replace, add, or remove third-party AI providers at any time without prior notice to improve system performance, reliability, security, regulatory compliance, or cost efficiency.

8. Service Availability

While Kriyo strives to maintain high platform uptime, AI Services may occasionally experience disruptions or become temporarily unavailable. These interruptions may result from third-party provider outages, API rate limitations, scheduled system maintenance, sudden capacity restrictions, security incidents, or broader infrastructure failures. Kriyo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of its AI Services, and access is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

9. AI Usage, Credits & Pricing

Access to AI Services will require the utilization of AI Credits, subscription plans, usage-based billing structures, or feature-specific pricing tiers. The operational cost of providing these services is inherently tied to the pricing infrastructure of our third-party AI providers.

Consequently, if the foundational costs charged by these third-party infrastructure providers increase or decrease, Kriyo reserves the right to modify its own AI pricing structures, credit allocations, usage limits, and subscription tiers. Kriyo commits to providing reasonable advance notice to users before any pricing changes become effective, where applicable.

10. Intellectual Property

  • User Ownership: Users retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright over the original prompts, text, and content they submit into the Kriyo platform.
  • Kriyo Ownership: Kriyo retains exclusive ownership, title, and interest in and to all AI systems, core software, proprietary system prompts, underlying algorithms, automated workflows, proprietary datasets, and any product improvements derived from platform usage.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring ownership of, or granting a license to, Kriyo’s core intellectual property to the user or their institution.

11. Human Review

To ensure safety, quality, and platform compliance, authorized Kriyo personnel may occasionally review specific AI interactions (including prompts and generated outputs). This human review is conducted strictly for necessary operational purposes, including customer support troubleshooting, security and abuse investigations, quality assurance auditing, product performance optimization, AI model evaluation, and regulatory compliance. All such access is tightly controlled, audited, and strictly limited to authorized personnel bound by confidentiality obligations.

12. AI Improvement

Kriyo is committed to continually evolving and refining its AI Services to better serve educational environments. To enhance system quality and user experience, Kriyo may utilize user prompts, generated outputs, system interactions, and direct user feedback. Before doing so, Kriyo applies stringent privacy and security safeguards, including pseudonymisation and data minimization where appropriate. This data may be utilized to improve system prompts, evaluate algorithmic quality, develop new AI features, train future machine learning models, and build robust evaluation datasets.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kriyo, its affiliates, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or administrative errors resulting from decisions made using AI-generated outputs. Because artificial intelligence is an assistive tool, users remain entirely responsible and liable for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before it is deployed, published, or relied upon in a real-world setting.

14. International Use

Kriyo AI Services are deployed globally and may be accessed by users across various international borders. By utilizing these services, you acknowledge and agree that your inputs, prompts, and data may be transferred to, stored, and processed across multiple jurisdictions. Kriyo ensures that all cross-border data transfers and processing activities are conducted in strict accordance with applicable global data protection laws and institutional data security standards.

15. AI Credit Refund Policy

AI Credits purchased through Kriyo are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit, except where required by applicable law. Once an AI request has been successfully processed and the corresponding AI Credits have been deducted, such credits cannot be reversed or refunded, including in cases where the user is dissatisfied with the AI-generated output or has submitted a request in error.

Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable pricing and AI credit consumption before using AI Services.

16. AI Credit Validity

Unless otherwise specified as part of a promotional offer or subscription plan, purchased AI Credits do not expire and will remain available until they are consumed or until the associated Kriyo account is terminated. Kriyo reserves the right to revise AI credit validity for future purchases by providing reasonable prior notice.

17. Fair Usage

To ensure a reliable and secure experience for all customers, Kriyo may implement reasonable usage limits, rate limits, fair usage policies, or other operational controls for AI Services.

Users may not use AI Services in a manner that:

  • Abnormally consumes system resources.
  • Uses automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized software.
  • Attempts to circumvent usage limits.
  • Disrupts the availability or performance of AI Services for other users.

Kriyo reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict AI access where excessive, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized usage is detected.

18. Changes to AI Services

As artificial intelligence technologies advance, Kriyo may modify, update, or adjust its active AI capabilities, supported languages, pricing models, underlying infrastructure providers, specific features, or core functionality at any time. These modifications may be executed without prior notice whenever they are deemed operationally necessary, beneficial to system security, or required for compliance with evolving technological standards.

19. Changes to these Terms

Kriyo reserves the right to update or revise these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our services, industry regulations, or governing laws. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document or via platform notifications. Your continued use of the Kriyo AI Services following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your explicit acceptance of those updated terms.
